1 pt conversion  5 yds   /  2 pt conversion  10 yds

2 possessions per quarter

Each possession starts at own 10yd line

If the offense has not crossed the mid-field marker on one of its first 3 plays then it can go for it on 4th down.  If they cross midfield they are awarded a new set of downs.  If on 4th down they do not cross mid field the other team takes possession at the spot.  If 4th down they Surrender the ball the defensive team takes over at their own goal line.

Player not ball must clearly cross Line marker. Both First Down and Touchdown

Downed by one hand touch between shoulders and knees (arms do not count )
