Each possession starts at the opponents goal line

If the offense reaches the mid-field marker on one of its first three plays then it is awarded 4 plays from the spot of the conclusion of the play that crossed the mid-field marker.

Player not ball must clearly cross Line marker. Both First Down and Touchdown

Downed by one hand touch between shoulders and knees (arms do not count )
